Delivery Method – Tail lift & manual pallet truck (between 8am – 6pm)

• Delivery will be made to kerb side using a tail lift vehicle and positioned using a manual pallet truck.
• We cannot deliver on to slopes, gravel, earth, grass or any other non-solid surface.
• Point of offloading and delivery must be a flat, level, hard standing area.
• Please ensure approach to address is free from obstructions, such as parked cars, low bridges, over handing branches, or weight restrictions.
• Products will be placed to a deemed safe by the driver.
• You may be charged if unsuitable access / offloading point is not available.
• If for whatever reason we are not able to make delivery due to issues on our side, your delivery will be rescheduled for the next working day (within 24hrs).
• If you have any issues with the turf, you are required to contact us within 24hrs of receiving the turf.
• There will be a standard cancellation fee of £50 if you cancel your delivery.
